ZenGate

ZenGate is a proof of concept exploring proxy routing, route health, failover, and an OpenAI-compatible gateway surface. It remains an experiment rather than a production infrastructure offering.

The reusable engineering questions are around bounded fallback chains, observable routing decisions, compatibility boundaries, and clear failure states.
